Product Exchange & Refunds

Brief: 

AromeauxTherapy + Co does not provide refunds on products. Exchange Only-- if items are broken during shipment

Photos must be provided via email.

We will only hold orders for 30 days after purchase or pickup agreement date. After 30 days orders are forfeited and placed back into inventory.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dkgj@aromeauxcandleco.com and send us photos of your damaged items.
